Hey, new member here. Life-long Raider fan since about 1969-70. Out here in Central Massachusetts. Seen a lot of Raider football over the years, good and bad. Looking forward to talking with you guys.

I remember in the days of the old AOL Digital City forums, Some of us used to post there and had some friends with you Bronco fans. Good people. We had some good smack and friendly banter that seems to be missing on a lot of the boards these days. I tried to get on that board the other day after I saw your handle but couldn't. Do you remember Poclman, or OldschoolRaiderfan?

Oh, yeah... I'm still around the Mane... been a member of their mod crew for a while now. It's different these days though... far bigger than any of us ever dreamed it would be... back in the day. In a lot of ways I miss the easy camaraderie of a smaller message board community (like it still is here)...

I do remember Poclman... he's a good guy. Hope all's well with him too. And TheNextStep... he was always a quality poster too. Not sure I had much interaction with OldschoolRaiderfan... but he should sign up here. :)

It's my opinion that our offense is significantly less potent today than it was yesterday. I suppose two second-rounders is pretty good compensation, but last year's draft effort by McDaniels does very little to inspire confidence that he will get good value out of the picks.

'Course, I've never been totally convinced that McDaniels really knows what he's doing anyway... I rather suspect that he may be in over his head. What one lacks in experience cannot be made up for with arrogance....
