ARE you people not tired of the undisciplined penalties every game? Are you people tired of not being able to ever put somebody away? Even up by 3 scores in the 4th qtr? Aren't you tired of looking like the best team in the NFL one week and then looking like a bad college team the next? Wouldn't it be nice to actually expect to win every week and only make the news if we lose? You people with the heavy hearts have to realize, this is a business and no job is ever safe in the NFL... We choked, we lost 4 of our last 5, we were 7-4 only to finish 8-8 and get beat out of the AFC West championship by a team with a college offense... Is that good to you? Is that progress? Not in my eyes it isn't... I wish nothing but the best for Hue... He gambled big time and lost, you live by the sword you die by it... Good luck Hue

So if the Saints lose Bree's, Pierre Thomas, Jimmy Graham and Marques Colston, you believe they should still make the playoffs? Or how bout the Packers? If they lost Rogers, Ryan Grant, Jordy Nelson and Greg Jennings, no excuses, they should have made the playoffs anyway?

No but I also would not expect those teams to not lead the league and set an all time record in penalties, waste timeouts, mismanage the clock and have horrible play calling because those players got injured. The fact Oakland did not make the playoffs is not why I wanted a coaching change~
    R8ers and 76raider like this.

I love Al Davis, but this team needed this years ago..WE HAVE BEEN A STEP BEHIND MOST ORGANIZATIONS FOR A DECADE!,you can blame Al for a little, the media gets a lot because they started scaring players and coaches from coming to Oakland, and as I posted before?,,Hue Jackson got the job because nobody else wanted it..THAT'S NOT THE CASE ANYMORE!!

Why would Hue foresee McKenzie gutting the organization if it didn't need to be gutted? It would be a lot harder to go through this detoxification process if we had any positives to fall back on this past decade, but we don't. It's been the decade from hell, so Raidernation should not be in mourning tonight. Madden and Wolf both gave their blessings to this cleansing, so we have to put trust in the new regime.
