    Now the Coaching Assistants

Now that it's very close to "official," Allen is the HC, what about coordinators? Keep Bones for ST? Saunders for OC? Will Bowles, Moss, or Perry be the DC? If Saunders isn't kept for OC, would Aaron Kroemer do?

    Next phase up...

OK, now that it's official, what's the assistant coaching "wish list?"

Here is what I am thinking due to what I have heard/read. Al Saunders as OC, and Ed Donatell (Niners DB coach) as DC. He has worked with Donatell in the past, and I think he would be a great DC for us. Saunders as OC IMO is a great choice as he is a great play caller, and already knows our team.
So If I get my wish it would be
    HC Allen
    OC Saunders
    DC Donatell
RIP Mr. Al Davis. An Icon and Legend that will be greatly missed!

Just look at what he did with those DB's in SF. This guy has had the same success everywhere he has been as a DB coach, and has experience as a DC with pretty good results in ATL. and GB. This pick-up for DC would be big for us, hope it happens.

Hell, if we're not able to "RAID" any defensive assistants from Baltimore, then I'm down to take an assistant from SF. Both of those defenses were stellar this season.

Looks like it may be between Donatell, and Bill Johnson. Johnson is the Saints D-Line coach right now, and has ties to Allen from his time with the Saints. I would prefer Donatell, but have to trust in what Allen decides to do! Saunders seems to still be the front runner for OC unless somebody comes in and wows D.A
