Just a little advice, and it is just my opinion. You need to work on the flow or rhythm of your words. It is very sporadic, which makes it a little hard to listen. You seem to get in a hurry and talk fast which makes the listener struggle somewhat to follow. It also leads to misuse of words or mispronouncing words. I often know what word you were intending to use but the machine gun pace seems to cause these mistakes. I think if you slow down just a little, relax and work on the flow a bit it could help you. Again that is just my opinion. You are a sharp looking young man and seem to be a hard worker. I hope you succeed in your profession. Good luck~

Em has the best ties of any talking head there is....
Christmas Lights! I love Christmas lights. They remind me of the people who voted for Obama. They all hang together; half of them don't work, and the ones that do, aren't that bright!

What little have followed him he seems to do his homework. He avoids shock type reporting that is rampant nowadays. Saying something for reaction is used by talking heads too lazy to put in the work. It is a tough gig to break into and is filled with former "star or name" guys who are painful to listen to. If he continues to put in the work and polish his craft he may make it. He is developing a grassroots following. This is also a whole lot of work. This requires posting at several sites and following up. He clearly has a passion for his work, and it is my experience that that is the type of person that succeeds in life~

Em works his butt off... He posts here every week during the regular season, he can take it if you don't agree with him.
